Our mission
We don't ship decks. We ship working systems.
We use AI to help operations-heavy businesses fix the workflow that's actually costing them time or money — and we prove it before we send an invoice.
Built AI-native
There's no pre-AI version of this practice.
We didn't start as a services shop and bolt agents on afterward. Every project starts the same way: scope the workflow, build the system with AI doing the grunt work and a person doing the judgment, and ship something you can test — usually inside two weeks, not two quarters.
Both jobs, one seat
Strategy and engineering, one team.
Strategy without engineering is a deck. Engineering without strategy is a backlog. We do both in the same seat — the person who scopes your problem is the person who writes the code. No hand-off, no account manager, no translation layer in between.
And we build systems you own, not hours you rent. When an engagement ends, you're left with a working system your team can run and extend — not a subscription that stops working the day the invoice does.
Who signs the work
Run like a studio, not a headcount story.
This is a solo practice, run like a studio: small in headcount, direct in accountability. One named person is responsible for every system we ship — not a delivery team, not a rotating account manager.
