We didn't start as a services shop and bolt agents on afterward. Every project starts the same way: scope the workflow, build the system with AI doing the grunt work and a person doing the judgment, and ship something you can test — usually inside two weeks, not two quarters.

Strategy without engineering is a deck. Engineering without strategy is a backlog. We do both in the same seat — the person who scopes your problem is the person who writes the code. No hand-off, no account manager, no translation layer in between.

This is a solo practice, run like a studio: small in headcount, direct in accountability. One named person is responsible for every system we ship — not a delivery team, not a rotating account manager.
Our team
Sagar has 7+ years of experience building voice and agentic AI systems that make it to production, not just a demo. At Uniphore, he trained and deployed voice AI models at scale. As the first engineer at Saris, he built agentic workflow automation for credit unions from the ground up. Most recently, his focus has been prototyping and productionizing agentic AI workflows — turning promising demos into systems that hold up on real usage.
