We start from the workflow that's actually stuck, not a generic AI audit. Usually a few conversations and a look at what you already run gets us to a scoped, testable first version.
Build
AI does the grunt work — drafting, retrieval, transcription, extraction — a person does the judgment: what the system should actually do when it's uncertain, and where a human has to stay in the loop.
Ship
